We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders

Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We stand behind our products, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns easy. Here’s how it works:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Receive Your Return Authorization

    Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

  3. Package & Ship Your Return

    Securely package the items with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

  4. Track Your Return

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges of our rashguards, surf suits, or bikinis:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened packages of surf accessories
  • Custom-made swimwear (special orders)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Follow the same return process
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees
  • Allow extra time for international shipping processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Yulex wetsuit or other gear arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
