Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the items with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Track Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Processing

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges of our rashguards, surf suits, or bikinis:

Non-Returnable Items
