How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed size charts. For performance swimwear, we recommend checking measurements carefully as fit is crucial for optimal performance in the water. When in doubt between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Do I need an account to place an order?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide delivery with some exceptions in parts of Asia and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll see if we can ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your account order history if you created one.
What about customs fees?
For international orders, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liners intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and ask you to place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your correct size or style as quickly as possible.
